I got one!
Memorial day was my last official day of work for Boeing after 31 years. The last 14 years I got to the plant in a '79 C3 coupe. In the morning we went to a service for our fallen veterans. God bless them. Later that night around 7, my '08 C6 arrived from Kentucky. She's beautiful! My wife loves the car as much as me. Here's the first pics.
Oh, a big thank you to Don at Sutherland Chevrolet in Nicholasville, Ky.
She was on the top row of the hauler so the first pics I got were from below.

Beautiful, as a JSB owner it's my favorite color.
Congrats on the retirement, isn't easy doing 32 years at the same place anymore.
So tell us something of this gem, like:
Miles?
Option package?
Trans?
Z51?

In any event your C6 is barely broken-in @ 40K.
A roadster, all the goodies *and* best color.
What's not to like.

Great looking car. Now you can spend more money with Dan at Corvettes of Auburn!

Nice car. Yes most important congrats on your retirement. I had people tell me I would be bored, retired 8 years and have not been bored one day. Enjoy.

That's a very nice car. Congratulations. And congratulations on retirement. I retired from NASA/Marshall 6 years ago and love it.
Are you staying in Palmdale? I've been there many times (actually to Edwards at Lancaster), to the point I felt like I lived there for a few years.
