Options Unavailable
Just recently bought my first Corvette and am having an issue accessing the options menu to do some vehicle personalization. Car only came with one key fob so I bought a new one and had them both reprogrammed by the dealer. When I push the options button with the car in park the dash displays "Options Unavailable". Otherwise the fobs unlock and allow me to start the car. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

The fob that's happening on was programmed for the car as a number 3 or a number 4. Only fobs programmed for the car as number 1 or number 2 can use the memory options. Take both fobs back to the dealer and ask him to program one of them as #1 and the other one as #2.
It doesn't matter what's engraved on the fob.
You can reprogram them yourself if you want to.

Best to check with the forum before paying the dealer to do something the wrong way...LOL. Read these instructions:

You currently have a fob #3 and a #4.

When I bought mine las year too only got one fob. The deal ordered me a second one and I programmed it the short way so i became fob number 3 and was not synced with the presets. after reading about this on the forum I got out the manual, followed directions and did the long program which cleared all previous fobs and reset them as #1 and #2. Works fine now

Just be aware that it's not unusual for a physical part of the reprogramming to not be working right, preventing the successful programming cycle.
If that happens, I'd insist the dealer do it for you for no charge.
