my 6th Corvette comes home tomorrow!!!
A 2011 GS, black, 6sp, 16,000 miles, mint, pretty much stock.
My previous Vette's were all increasingly more horsepower each time, but my last one was an 07 Z, so I'm stepping back a bit in that regard.
Still, I've been Vette-less almost 3 months now, and it's been driving me crazy!!!

Good to hear you're back in a Vette again Mike! It looks like Wilf isn't replacing this one with a C7 though, so that makes me sad. I thought for sure he would go that route. Is he getting out of Corvettes altogether now?

Depends on how you look at it.
With the dependability of the LS3 under your hood, you won't have any thoughts or concerns creeping into your mind about the valve issues that have been documented with many ZO6's.
In my mind, that's a check in the "plus column."
Plus, a stock mint GS with 16,000 miles has most likely not been beaten in the way that a pre-owned ZO6 probably has...another check in the "plus column."
Also, the LS3 can get me from 0 to 60 (or from 40 to the speed limit of a freeway) faster than the vast majority of cars, and about as fast as I need to get to those speeds on any public road.

-Ward

Another great looking Corvette Raggdoll. Best of luck with the new ride, I am sure we will see it around very soon.
Congratulations to both of you.

Thanks all, it's a great car, and in immaculate shape!!!
As much as I knew what i'd be in for power loss wise, that part hurts. That 427 I had with some basic mods was a tire melting beast that literally set off car alarms.
Kids used to run down the street when they heard me coming, just to watch it go by...
