Default Has anyone spoken to Dennis Fitchner lately?

I'm in the market for an extended warranty (GMPP,) and one cannot possibly research this forum without encountering one positive comment after another, regarding Mr. Dennis Fitchner, and the subject of extended warranties.

Problem is........I called Rimrock Chevrolet, his last known employer (in MT,) today only to find out that Dennis had left their employ a couple of months ago - seemingly, under less than "perfect" circumstances.

Whereas, I'll be calling Rimrock again, as the lady I spoke to said their current GMPP prices/terms were better now than when Dennis was there (?) I hate to proceed without at least talking to this "extended warranty guru" before "signing on the dotted line !! Hundreds of forum members can't be wrong, can they?

In a word........am looking for anyone who can help me locate Mr. Fitchner !!

Thanks in advance for any/all assistance

Gary

Check with Ken Fichtner

I don't think Dennis is still in the GM 'Biz'.

The dealership was sold and Dennis went his own way. I believe he is selling RV's(?). Ken handles the extended warranty part of the dealership now.

Hello!

We made the difficult decision to sell our dealership, Fichtner Chevrolet, in 2014.

Fichtner Chevrolet became Rimrock Chevrolet on August 20, 2014.

The owners asked that I remain as their General Manager.

After 8 months at Rimrock Chevrolet, I am happy to announce that I have begun a new chapter in my life!

The Fichtner team of Ken and Kathy have moved to Denny Menholt Chevrolet in Billings, MT.

Denny Menholt is the largest Chevy dealership in Montana and we are so excited to be able to offer our friends a great buying experience!

General Motors Protection Plans (GMPP) and Chevrolet Protection Plans (GMEPP) at a discount.

Discounted Pricing on all new Corvettes including Z06.

Ken and Kathy are Corvette Certified and the service department and body shop at Denny Menholt’s are Corvette Certified as well!

Titles and duties:
Kathy Fichtner – Internet Sales, Corvette Specialist
Ken Fichtner – Fleet Sales, Corvette Specialist, Warranty Specialist

For new and pre-owned Corvettes, please contact Kathy:
kfichtner@dennymenholt.com
406-855-6789 Cell

For new and pre-owned Corvettes and GM Protection Plans, please contact Ken:
kenfichtner@dennymenholt.com
406-672-5690 Cell

For the lowest prices on GM Protection Plans please give me an opportunity to email you a quote.
I am offering the new GM Extended Protection Plan at the lowest possible price without sales tax or any fees for a credit card....AND it's available on all makes and models EVEN IF the base warranty has expired!!

I co-founded the Corvette Forum many years ago.
I started the GMPP, Corvette Performance Parts, and Corvette Sales business in my dealership. When the business became too large to handle alone, I hired my uncle - Dennis Fichtner, to assist me with the Protection Plan Business. When we sold the store, Dennis was not offered a position and thus moved to an RV dealership.

The folks who bought my dealership are not competitive when it comes to Corvettes and Protection Plans. I promise you the best pricing and superior service!

Email me with your Protection Plan, Parts and Corvette needs!

Have a great day,

Recently bought the GMEPP warranty for my '13 GS from Ken and was very pleased with the price and completely satisfied with the transaction. I did nearly everything online--we exchanged a series of emails with my questions and Ken's answers--and we finalized the contract and payment details with a brief phone call. It all went like clockwork.

I went with the plan from GM rather than the one from Ally, but they are quite similar in cost and coverage. I believe the one significant item that differs in the two plans is that the MSRC shocks are covered by the GM plan but not by Ally. Ken isn't just selling you a plan (yeah, I'm sure he makes some money on the deal)--he's looking after GM customers and Corvette owners.
