Z51 valuation question
I got on KBB.com and NADA.com just for giggles to see what my car is worth. On both websites there is not an option for Z51 or NPP exhaust. Isn't their valuation incorrect without that? How much do you guys think it adds to the value of a car. Not that I am even remotely thinking about selling, I'm just curious.

Unfortunately, it doesn't factor in much at all. Granted it should, but dealerships or individuals will low ball anything that KBB/black book spit out. Works great for buyers - not so great for sellers.

For myself, it adds some value, but more than that, to me it adds marketability.
Z51 Performance Package
Performance-oriented package for the Gymkhana/Autocross enthusiast; includes extra cooling, stiffer springs and stabilizer bars, specific shock absorbers, larger brakes with cross-drilled rotors, specific tires and Z51-specific 6-speed manual gearing when ordered with 6-speed manual transmission or performance axle ratio with 6-speed paddle shift automatic.
When I'm looking to buy a C6, the first things I look at are:
6 Spd Standard (That's me)
Z51 Option
HUD
When I'm looking to sell, I absolutely mention those.
If it has all those 3, I'll look further into those Corvettes.
NPP may be important, but that does not fall into my basic list.
OP... I agree with you NADA and KBB should be adding for some of these options.

As a buyer, I could care less if the vehicle was delivered at a museum as I was not able to experience it (used car). I would pay extra for a Z51, HUD, 100% 6M car.

also did not consider anything less than 3lt.
npp was no real point as one can (and I did) add it easily w npp in a box, everyone else adds the remote anyways.
museum delivery (unless new) doesn't really do anything for me buying pre-owned.

Last time I looked at the KBB, which was a while ago, the Z51 option was there and added around $300 to the value. The manual trans was $0 and the automatic was a couple of hundred dollars "deduct for". This was the printed book at a dealer, a friend was the sales manager.

when I was looking my musts were
3lt
HUD
Z51
CRM
Targa
I got the best deal I could for what I wanted. Some people these things do not matter and some they do. YOU just need to find one that it does.

What I did not see is the different trim levels, heated seats, HUD, memory seats, so on.

Selling a corvette with a manual, z51 and npp is easier.
Place a value on your car. Advertise it and stand firm...
Trade ins are always a rip off.
