Carbon Fiber front splitter which brand?
C7 carbon or CF parts? Who has the better product in your mind? Who has what and how is the finish, durability and fit?
How are the matching side skirts and mud flaps too in case I decide to the un-reversable drill and rivet? I know one of them has the 1" wider, is it too wide? I don't like when a body/ground effect kit on other cars are wider than the wheels.
Thanks

I haven't looked at them in a while but I just took another look. I'm sure it's a great product but the truth is, as I am sure some people are thinking, it does comes down to money. I know splitters take a beating and people have to keep replacing them. I am careful but even getting in an out of my driveway I sometimes scrape a bit. Getting in and out of some parking lots is a challenge to not scrape and adding the extra length of the splitter puts me at greater risk. I am pretty sure it will only last so long in my area and other places I go on short trips. I am willing take the risk of busting up a $500 splitter but not a $1,000 splitter. For me I don't competitively track the car and unlike some people I don't frequently go over 150mph so for my application I can't justify spending twice the money.
If I can get a real good quality splitter at half the cost (I know you get what you pay for) I am going to try that first especially knowing that it will probably get damaged.
Thank you for pointing out RPI though. If no one had anything good to say about C7 or CF Parts I would definitely spend the extra money. If the cheaper product sucks it wouldn't be worth it and I could then justify the extra $500.

I bought C7 splitter and was completely happy with my experience. The one I received had minor damage and although I would've settled for a few dollars back the shipped out a new one instantly. I'd defiantly buy from them again
