Default c6 rear spoiler

I'm thinking about getting a rear spoiler from The Spoiler Co. I like the look of black on me silver Vert. I think that the painted one makes the already large butt look bigger. Do any of you have one from this company? How is the quality and any photos? Thanks, Brian

Couldn't find the one you're referring to after a quick search.

I got mine here: http://www.gmwarehousedirect.com/ind...rp=spoiler-kit

Genuine GM so it fits properly and color is spot-on. I got the full length in Torch red.

Their feedback seems to indicate you'd be fine getting one from them.

That's what I thought but I would still like to see some photos and hear from a customer.

Here's my silver vert with the GM silver spoiler. Got it from Gene at Cultrag (forum vendor). His service & prices always have been good.
Just noticed that Gene has posted a sales message here on the Forum listing the Machine Silver spoiler for $248.

Thanks for the photos. That spoiler kooks good. Do you know how close machine silver is to the blade silver on my car? The biggest difference that I see is that the Spoiler Co.'s spoiler fit over the existing third brake light where your is installed in it.

What with the big gap between the spoiler and the fender cover?
Did one of the mounting bolts come loose?

There's no gap....must be a reflection in the photo.

As far as I know, the silver in '05's is Machine Silver (U67). Check the tag in your glove box to confirm the paint code.

It would be kinda helpful if you posted a link to the actual item, since you're already there rather than make me search through 50 million "Corvette exterior parts" on my phone. Just a suggestion.

Search Corvette C6 rear spoiler and it comes right up... but it would have been helpful to not have to search as you noted. I originally Googled The Spoiler Co. and came up empty.

I just went to Cultrag and clicked spoiler kits, came right up and at a very good price.
Now I have to show restraint, again damit, seems there is always just ONE MORE THING that I have to have!!
Undecided on either black or paint match thou ?????

The GM spoiler is the best way to go. Fit and finish are perfect.
