I wish to hell someone would make just a decent metal ring without the crap in the middle. Not the plastic stick on rings that are being sold now. Just a ring to bling up the lights.

Put the ring on. The center pieces are a separate piece. These rings are metal. I think they are what your looking for though I think they are a bit pricey.
