Exhaust tips

Mine were pretty black when I decided to clean them up. So I first used some Meguiar's medium cut metal polish, followed by fine cut. I also have some NevrDull wadding for touchups. All you need is an old tee shirt or something similar to really make them shine. And the entire process only takes a few minutes.

Brasso works well for me. Old socks are my polishing rags. One to apply and one to remove. Kinda like wax on, wax off.

Mother's. Definitely something you want to stay on top of. If you let it go it becomes a chore, compared to just a few minutes of wiping them down.
I have the electric drill and the bits to really hit it hard once per season, then it's just a rag to wipe them down regularly.
I haven't tried the cigar to see if that improves the shine though

Every vendor on here has a polishing kit. Try the one from southern car parts. They all come from the same guy. If you don't want to wait them the ceramic stovetop cleaner will work followed by anything off the shelf. If your not satisfied then do it again. They will eventually come around. some sort of power wheel is also desirable.
