Yes will be a direct swap..A friend of mine has a 98 c5 with 06 5 spokes looks great..
I told him I'd give him a good price. I'm gonna ask for $300 and they still have a little tread left. I'm not totally fond of the flat stars for some reason. It helps me get them out of my possession I have no place to put them.
The C6 Wheels on C5's is a great combination especially with the C6 tire size, they will fit with no issues. However, the offsets for the C6 are a little different than the C5.
The base size C6 wheels 8.5" F and 10" R when mounted on the C5, the wheel will look a little bit set deeper into the wheel well, at least on the rear from what I've seen.

Will stock C6 wheels fit a C5
