Default my Corvette no likey

-39 this morning and had to get air compressor out of cars hatch to add air to girlfriends tire.car in unheated garage and batterey tender not on car.the trooper fired right up though.driver info center says trans temperature low, engine oil temperature low ,coolant temperature low and hatch ajar.windows having trouble indexing properly and hatch keeps popping open because of cold.could not get car out of garage because of girlfriends car with low tire in front of door.leave car running for a half hour or so to get car interior warm enough to finally get hatch to remain closed.while I'm doing all of this garage is filling with exhaust fumes even with door wide open.her car giving me fits trying to get air in tire but finally got it done.how was everyone else's morning?

Minus 39? Heck I would not work correctly either.

In the mid 50s this morning. Gonna grill some Ribeyes for lunch.

Air temp 60F at this time in Central Texas. I, and the Vette, are doing just fine. Don't know how you guys can live up there. However, I don't guess it gets to 100F for days on end in the summer in your neck of the woods. Thank goodness for A/C.

It is REALLY cold here this morning. It got down to 48 last night. I'm dressed in a flannel shirt and sweat shirt and 2 pairs of socks and I'm still freezing. No wonder I keep putting off my trip to Illinois that was due last month.

It's hot here, 0 F. at noon, going for a high of maybe +2.

Vette doesn't mind, she's fast asleep and has been for 2 months.

Try to keep warm and I hope your afternoon goes better for you than the morning. I hate cold weather and dislike rainy and windy.

Currently 70 here on the way to the forecasted 85 today. That's a 120 degree differential from you. I used to live on that end of the world and freezing my azz in the Winter, but now much happier sweating profusely on this end in the Summer.

With all the electronics these cars don't like extreme cold very much. If it was warmer I bet everything would work perfectly. Can you install an engine block heater? That should help.

^yea, NJ is having the coldest day of the year and likely a record low tonight at -2.

One thing I miss about Texas was the mild winters and being able to enjoy my baby year round. Otherwise, the NJ/NYC area blows Texas away. Sorry native Texans.

I took the vette out today. Although it's colder now than when I did. Wind chill was only 6 degree when I took it out.

Almost broke my key trying to pop the hatch too lol. I had the battery unhooked the whole week.

Deciding on taking the car out tomorrow. Even though it won't be windy its gonna be colder.

I hate winter.
