Default Can Tire Wear Cause Balance And Roadforce Numbers To Be Off?

I bought my '13 GS new and put on Bridgestone RE-11's at the 9K mile mark. Now at 18k miles I noticed a slight shimmy in the steering wheel at 76mph. I took it to my guy and had the fronts put on the hunter machine and sure enough both front tires had a roadforce of 25 and 26 respectively. One of the fronts also had a slight balance problem. When I put these tires on originally they had a roadforce of 2 and 5 respectively. So he match mounted the tires again and got them back to 4 and 6 and re balanced the tires. No more shimmy. BTW the tires are not worn at all and probably have about 75% thread left. Can tire wear cause these problems?

Yes,if the tire wear was severely worn due to alignment being way off. But No, under most conditions. IMO but I'm no expert.
