After two solid days of rain here in southern IL got to get the car out today for a nice ride. Weather was in the 70's and not a cloud in the sky. Meet four other Corvettes and all four waved!. Plus two thumbs up from people at stop lights. It never fails to clear my brain when I get a drive in after work.

Everyone has a cell phone that takes pictures now! I have a lot of happy Corvette moments that I don't mention on here or Facebook.

It is for this very reason that I have spent the last 46 years living in Florida.

And for those very few days that we get continual rain, I take advantage, head for the garage and put another coat of wax on the ride.

Aww.... Colorado Springs, the beautiful days far outnumber the other kind. Just the opposite here in the armpit (Chicagoland).
Only a couple top down days so far.
Nice conversion van. Around here they're mostly rusted out heaps.
