Throttle Control
I know there is a difference, mechanically and computer wise in the Chuck Cow, Vitesse Controller and a ported and polished throttle body, ie. VMax throttle body.
What is the difference each one achieves. Is there any difference in results other than in the belief that each one is the better approach to get to the same job done.
Bottom line is I am attempting to get better throttle response......I would love to hear some opinions on the best way to go and why.
Thanks...................

OK Ive had both a Vmax ported TB and a Vitesse Controller , out of the 2 I liked the controller better as it has 16 different settings... 0-9 in sp mode and 0-6 in eco mode...
I was driving in the rain a few weeks ago and it is nice to be able to tune down the Vitesse Controller to eco mode to help easing off the line and not spinning the tires...
Ive also used the Vitesse Controller with a SC'ed LS2 making 550 tot he wheels and the controller again was nice to have.. using eco mode at the line on the drag strip making my launch a little better making the car stick a little better using not as much throttle....
AS for the Cow booster.. id rather have the options of changing my controller on the fly when I Want to not when Chuck is ready to work with you ,,,,
Be prepared to get MANY opinions on this subject .. Just keep an open mind and you will do the right thing...
Im on my second car with the Vitesse Controller and love the flexibility...

I agree. In my opinion the Vitesse is the best under $200 mod out there. It does not make any extra horse power but sure does feel like it in sp9.

I found with headers, vmax tb, and vararam that i got the response about where I wanted it. Really headers made the most difference. Vararam helped a lot down low at parking lot speeds and highway speeds in high gears, vmax helped everywhere just a bit, but headers got it just about perfect. Once I add cams and heads I don't see throttle response being any sort of issue with the stock settings.
Im not really using the vitesse much. I use it on the freeway for passing easier or twisties to rev match downshift. But at low, stop and go speeds its useless and makes the car buck with manual transmission. I've been daily driving the car the past few weeks, haven't used it once in commuting traffic. Luckily I got my truck back today so corvette is back to my good weather, weekend toy. I might sell the vitesse, the product is fine but just isn't matching to my application very well.
