Personally I like the 10499. I haven't seen those before.

Melting Slicks
Ive got the 10498. At the lowest setting they are high enough to do anything you need to under the car. I also have the extra tall Elite Engineering pucks which are 1" thicker than standard I believe.
Honestly either would work. I did not know they made shorter ones(10499). If I had known that, I probably would have gotten those.
