Default TPMS from one corvette to another corvette

I am swapping wheels with a friend. Will we need to swap the TPMS as well or just have them relearned to their respective new car?

As far as I understand if both years are the same or if they at least take the same sensor part number you will have to do a relearn on both cars. If the cars take a different sensor part number then you will not be able to relearn and the sensors would need to be swapped out

It depends on the year of both cars. TPS systems changed through the years. Different colors for different years.

What years are the cars involved?

I'd swap the sensors regardless. It's simple to do.

Those years are compatible but keep in mind that both of those are old and may need to be replaced if they haven't been already.

I think the TPMS last 8-10 years usually.
