It at least seems to be a one owner car!

It looks like you did your research and it looks to be a decent price for a higher mileage Corvette and what options it has (possibly 3LT package)
Everything seems to check out, even the mileage discrepancy it had - probably a clerical error as stated -
Just keep in mind that if you are not mechanically inclined and things start to break down you can regret it - however we can get you straight on any repair it may need here on the Forum -
Thanks,Matt

Looks like a 3LT, wheels are stock 18/19in combo. Nice floor mats, it has brake caliper covers. Look at the glovebox and check the rpo codes to help you in your decision/offer. 2 top car? Z51? I did the same thing as you and went with a high mile car, also one owner. All stock is good, well maintained is better still. For comparison, mine is a 2 top, Z51, auto with over 100k miles at the time I got mine delivered for $18k.
Look for worn steering components, noisy hub bearings, when you drive it, does the hud vibrate? Dry bottom of engine, no leaks at ps pump, alt charging correctly, no wobbles with the crankshaft pulley, serpentine belt within specs. Age and condition of runflats (seems like Firestones, I like them)

Well maintained Corvettes can be very reliable cars. A friend of mine has a daily driven 2007 C6 with over 250K miles. There are no specific weak points, failures can and occasionally do occur throughout the car. Typical issues are electronic related, Corvettes are hard on batteries and require a tender if not driven at least weekly.
One thing I would look at if I was a young man on a tight budget is insurance costs. These are not cheap cars to insure if you are under 30 years old.
Best of luck to you!

Burning Brakes
I've always wanted to own 350z. I originally started out looking at brand new ones and ended up with a used C5 and i've been hooked ever since. The car you are looking at seems to be a nice ride. An in person look over and test drive is obviously recommended
I agree with what Ricardo said. The most expensive on the list is the crankshaft pulley AKA harmonic balancer. The part itself is cheap, but labor is a bit expensive. The LS2/LS3 and transmission are near bulletproof so thats a huge plus. I'm sure your 350z holds a special place in your heart, but once you taste that C6 you won't look back

What are your cash reserves AFTER you get the car? W. hi miles, anything can go wrong and it can happen one after the other. This will strand you if it's your only vehicle. It will also produce a "lawn ornament" if you don't have the cash to repair it. It will also create a negative feeling w. your parents if you borrow from them twice or more times in a row. So, the question is asked, and the answer is?

There are many 100,000+ mile cars here on the forum. Per the Carfax, this car seems to have been well maintained. It would appear the previous owner liked the car and fixed problems as they occurred...harmonic balancer included. It appears well maintained cosmetically.
A lot of folks would not buy the car due to the mileage but, if it checks out and fits your budget, go for it.
I would try to knock the price down "just because".

So, you will have about $2K on hand--that's enough for a clutch redo. Do you know the age of the clutch---or is it original to the car? If so, you may want to factor that in to your eventual operating cost. But that's only 1 thing.

honestly didnt spoke with the seller about it, but who will tell me the truth about clutch ? first need to test drive IT.
I have another option my friend selling his 2010 fully loaded corvette, but he wants 29k ...but its 40k miles. I will take it, but very scare that cannot afford it(

Yep, I think the $29K Corvette is probably too high a price to pay for you in your situation. Who will tell the truth re the clutch? Possibly the seller or the seller's records. Also, take a look under the hood at the clutch reservoir before you drive it. If the fluid in it is dark or black (very likely) it may not have been changed or even "turkey bastered" recently. That may not mean much since the fluid gets dirty very quickly. But at the very least it will be one indicator leading up to the question you will ask of when was the clutch replaced.
