Default So you get tired of snow huh ???

As the title says I don't blame you, it would suck IMO, I couldn't tolerate it
But I am growing weary of the heat this year, don't know if its age or what but I have no energy to do squat, and I love just puttering in my garage, listening to the radio cleaning this and that, so why am I not doing it nowadays.
118' at 7 pm is why, whew Cant wait for some cooler weather.

This is the way to do it. That being said, it's in the 80's here today, I had to decide this morning (bring the sedan and play a quick 9 after work) or pull out the vette, take off the top and turn up some alabama shakes...

PS, I choose the golf and managed to shot 7 over /w a triple bogey

I'm pretty much the same way ...no energy or desire to do much. It's gotta be the unrelenting heat.

Do the scorpions go away when it's 118 or does it bring them out?

An air conditioned garage will solve that problem........

An Avalanche and a Vette - I see quite a few people with the combo, myself previously included. I owned a 2002 Avalanche for just shy of 14 years; it was the best vehicle I've owned and it was anything but stock. GM screwed the pooch when they didn't promote it and priced it out of the reach of most people. You can't beat the versatility.

Fortunately we have gotten 4 straight days of rain and probabilities today and onward into next week to ease the air temps.

I can certainly relate. I only take mine out to get a bite to eat on weekends only if there is no chance of rain.

This up coming weekend will make 6 weeks since I've had it out. Guaranteed to rain every afternoon here in the summer.

Still sounds better than waking up to 8 inches of snow or black ice and knowing you have to drive a couple hundred miles in it.

That was a few years ago. When my warranty expired I wanted to buy a new one only to find that Chevy no longer makes it. So I bought the new Silverado instead. It's fine, but I still miss my Avalanche especially because it was orange.

Brings them out. They become active adjusting their shelters. When it rapidly cools they adjust back. I have been skimming several out of my pool the last few weeks. They fall in and drown pretty quickly.

I also find them underneath the runners of my four post lift when I raise it off the floor this time of year.

I love snow. I wish we got more. But then again I have a WRX that runs Dunlop Wintersports when it gets cold. As soon as everyone else goes home and gets off the road, I go out and have fun.

Snows is enjoyable if you have activities that invovle it. Northern Wi., or the U.P. are awesome in the wintertime. But be sure you have a supercharger on your snowblower.

Man those little buggers scare the poop out of me but we get sprayed monthly so I see very few.
They are very good at playing possum and they are fast
Humidity will increase this weekend as we are in monsoon season, supposed to get rain over the weekend so it will be worse
These are what's known as the "Dog Days Of Summer" in Arizona.
