Team Owner
We are running a kickstarter campaign to develop, produce, distribute, and retail Corvette C6 headlight lenses. We've already got a strong list with some contributors, but we've done almost no advertising other than some limited emails to folks that are interested.
Currently there are 15 pre-orders on this list comprised of 4 actual kickstarter backers and 12 pre-paid pre-orders.
Today, we are in discussions with another vendor that will likely take between 15-20, so we're moving quickly.
In order for this to be successful, we need your help!
There are 4 ways to pre-order:
1) Kickstarter
2) Umnitza.com Site
3) Through C6Performance Site
4) Or by Calling us 877 486 6489
Happy to be on board
PS: We're not yet listed as a vendor but have already signed the contract with the forum owners to be listed as one. Please contact IB for details thanks
PPS: read through the bio on Kickstarter

not really yet. We really want to get the parts into people's hands first before we begin whole scale landing everyone onto our calendar (we are actually going to make that part of the calendar public).
Our techs are actually requesting to work overtime to get this done quicker so we will keep you on hold just a little bit longer, but not much more.
Appreciate your diligence and confidence.

We sell a clear film for those brand new fogs you'll probably buy so that in the future, if you have the same issue, you'll just peel off the old film and apply new.
See update below.
back at you.
Yes, we have 2 ways, our normal matte, satin, gloss black (silver or white) or we can take it over to our painter and get it professionally painted the exact color you want with paint code match.

Full update 2/27/19 - slight delay, apology, we're working on it!

The factory unfortunately informed us on Thursday evening before the planned FULL production run of lenses that they had a scheduling conflict with another project that had to be completed ahead of ours. This was very upsetting and disheartening news.
We've been in contact with the manufacturing foreman almost hourly at this point, so that's the latest. We've asked for at least a 1-2 day bump on scheduling for the other production run of other parts has a 30,000 unit run which will likely only complete in the late hours of Wednesday or even run into Thursday mid day if there are any complications (some obscure project for a car in South Africa)
The scheduling conflict delays our production run til Thursday of this week, with completion slated for Friday, and delivery of the preliminary lenses by Friday of the following week by AIR (about 30 or so sets to start). It's possible we do about 40-50 units by Air to start with, but it depends on pricing (as mentioned previously) for shipping. The rest of the units will be on boat ASAP with arrival by mid-late March.
I know most of you are eager to get these (no more than we are, believe us), especially when we got our hopes up when the factory thought they may be able to shave 2-3 days from the 2/25 predicted date and promising arrival of the lenses this week. But don't lose faith now, we're definitely very very close.
Also, we've designed the box layout, might as well let the cat out of the bag here:

Normally all fog lights (regardless of the MFG) require the complete assembly to be replaced if your covers look old.

UPDATE 3/2/2017
This morning we received an update from the factory production run start. The eagle eye'd among you will notice some interesting picture details of course.
The production is proceeding as quickly as possible. While the whole production quantity will be completed this weekend, we are getting only 4 Cartons (8 unit pairs per carton) shipped on Monday by AIR to us. That represents only 32 units. Currently, the first folks in September, October, and some in November will be taken care of as well as two local installs will be done. We have 3 headlights waiting for the work, so will keep you posted.
Finally, we expect to have the majority of the units to cover everyone's pre-orders by roughly end of March after the initial batch units, but depending on "need" we may air ship another 32 units shortly thereafter.

Thanks for everyone's confidence, support, and faith in the project. We're almost there.

UPDATE 3/6/17
Today, the factory began loading all the preliminary 32 air shipped units and the remaining other units we have into the truck to be taken to the final check point for shipping (the shipping broker).
From there, we expect the 32 air shipments to be sent by no later than Wednesday (possibly tomorrow) after final QA/packaging into larger shipping units.
We will post updates on delivery times as soon as they are available.
Here are the photos of the packaging...we are moving as quickly as we can.
We will have enough to not only accommodate the FULL pre-order list of people that have pre-paid, but many more after that. However, we will raise the price to $349 once those final units land here...so if you are considering pre-ordering, now is the time to save a little moola.
Thanks once again for everyone's confidence, support, and faith!!!

Melting Slicks
This slight delivery delay is working out almost perfectly for me. I spoke with my dealership today about removing the assemblies so I could ship them to Umnitza for its new lenses, angel eyes, and headlight bulbs. I think we can do the removals and shipment next Tuesday or Wednesday. Red will have to stay at the dealership (jail) while you do your magic. I am so looking forward to the new look.

UPDATE 3/8/2017
We are only able to get 16 units - 32 pieces - shipped here by DHL, (not 32 units/64 pieces). The cost to ship even those 16 units is prohibitively expensive - over $900 by AIR, if we raised the shipment to even 32 total units it's $1800 and $2800 DHL if you do 48 pairs.
That's over $58 per unit pair to ship by air. That's too much...however, our sea shipment comes out to barely .05 per unit pair, so...yeah, sea it is.
Because of the favorable sea shipping rate we're getting, we are brokering the shipment through a 3rd party. This may delay delivery by a week, but it will keep costs reasonable for shipping.
Why is this important?
It will allow us to keep prices reasonable.
So here is further proof that this isn't vaporwear...also, we're purposely not showing how many total units we're shipping.
