How did you get them to answer your email requesting proofs?
I sent my proof request 2 weeks ago and no response.

FWIW, I'm still wondering why the event was limited to 400 cars. Assuming weight wasn't an issue it appears they could have easily added 100+ more cars and based on the waiting list their was more than enough demand.

I don't know where you stayed but after loading there was still about 20-25 Vette's still in the Radisson parking lot. Probably cars that the owners paid and didn't load. I loaded near the end but from what I seen this year the cars were parked much closer together near the front of the ship which left the open space near the elevator more open.

They announced at the event 416 were loaded, and I got an email from them saying it was 419. By counting the Corvettes shown in the aerial photo proofs, and including the 2 in the hanger deck, I counted only 396. A Corvette club out of Oklahoma helped, and some people from the club who did not make the cut, drove down anyway and volunteered their services. I'm sure some people changed their minds about putting their cars on the carrier, when they found out they would be on foot for two days. No refunds were offered, so people who didn't make the drive ended up donating their entry fee.
First car was loaded at 4:51 am Saturday morning, and the last was loaded at 7:03 am. Volunteer cars were loaded Friday afternoon, after the museum closed for the day. Those cars were parked around the aircraft. A maximum of 12 cars were loaded onto the aircraft elevator at a time, and the process of getting them on, and off the elevator was very quick and efficient.
