It may make a difference if you have the NPP dual mode exhaust, I've heard some hooks work with the standard exhaust but not the NPP.

Its not to tow anything or for looks, few month ago I was driving down the street and I had to turn around so guest what on the back and forth turn around the shifter cable bushing broke off at the trans end thanks God the transmission was in neutral, but was a tide place so the only thing I had was a rope and a guy in a pick-up truck that gave me a hand, put the rope on the rear frame and slowly working out until we got it straight and out of the road. So went got the bushing in auto zone and with few tools was taken care of. I can't imagine if I had to call a tow truck what will happened because there was no way to pull it straight back. Just taking precautions you never know.

I autocross and bought hooks, but never noticed anything about standard exhaust or NPP. Aii the hooks I have seen are built the same.
Go to the autocross section. Maybe you could get a better answer.
