Default Windshield wiper cowl
Does the wiper cowl sit on top of the fiberglass flange? My car had a small engine bay fire and i repaired the firewall damage and i just need to know if it sits on top or inside the flange.
And i need the rubber seal.

Can you remove a little bit of that rubber so that i can see how the plastic sits.

Old brush inserted between



brush removed...seal is built so it just slides on that holds the two together
