Default best aftermarket exhuast

I have a 2006 corvette and am looking to put on an aftermarket exhaust. A lot of them on the market, just looking for opinions. Have been looking at Borla. Thanks

You will get many opinions here so I will start, I have the Corsa sport axle back & have a set of Kooks long tubes & a Kooks catted X pipe on order, I like the sound of the Corsa system, no drone in the cabin & has a nice idle sound

Search the subject and it's been discussed maybe 1000 times or more but I've always been a Corsa fan.

Corsa if you do not like droan. Borla if you can put up with some droan.

Corsa Sports and long tubes here.....love the sound but it is a little different than most.

I'll get on youtube and see if I can find a corvette with corsa exhuast. Looking for a throaty muscle car sound but not loud inside the cabin. I had a c5 that had borla on it when I bought it so that is the only one I've checked out so far. Thanks

I had SLP LM2 on my old vette and currently have the B&B Bullets on my 08. So far every single person has said this is the best sounding Corvette they have ever heard and I have to agree. If I was going to do it again I would only go B&B Bullets again.

Thanks, I did look online at a set of corsa extreme. They recommend not using with auto tranny. I do have a 2006 convertible with automatic transmission if that makes a difference.

If you go Corsa do not get the Touring. They have extra baffels on the x pipe. I thought I might need them on my 06 Vert. Waste of money and I replaced them with straight x pipes.

I had this exhaust. It was decent but not loud at all when compared to Corsa or B&B. Loudmouth 1 is loud, loudmouth 2 is isnt.

That is NOT true with the newest Borla exhausts.

There is NO DRONE on the newest versions of the Borla exhaust which has been out for a couple of years at least.

I have the Borla S Type-II exhaust and it sounds great with no drone.

B&Bs if you want your Vette to sound like a Vette.

I had a Borla on my C5 ... sounded good and seemed to be made really well. And a million mile warranty.
