Fast blinker with switch backs
Hey All I got a 2012 GS when I bought it the previous owner had installed switch backs. Yesterday the left turn signal started blinking fast like a typical bad bulb. I've checked and double checked to make sure and I do not have a bulb out so I'm thinking it's something with the switch back????!
I've never installed one so I'm not real familiar with it. My blinkers work they just blink faster on the left than the right.
Any ideas???

You need resistors if you have LED bulbs.
Here is a popular set that will allow the switchbacks to remain white when the DRLs are on:

The hyper-flashing did seem really fast when I first got my switchbacks, but now they seem totally normal. Doesn't bother me at all anymore.

RadioFlyer Innovations offers two different plug and play resistor harnesses: one harness is resistors only ($75) and the other harness is resistors and inline IC that provides the white DRL functionality (the IC is build into the harness and the harness costs $110).

It is more than likely your resisters, I bought a set of 4 off ebay to fix my hyper flash and they were less than 5 bucks. So if you can wire them yourself you could save big.
