You misunderstand completely.

The core charge $750 is for airbag cover. The core charge for steering wheel is $250.

Shown in the picture, it has our D-Shape steering wheel and airbag cover. That's why I explain there are two different core charge.

If you don't want to go with the airbag cover then there will be no core charge $750 involved. But if you want to go with airbag cover, then we will add additional core charge $750.
