C6 Aftermarket Wheels Advise wanted!
i have a 2005 vette conv. sunburst orange with black top and black leather. Im thinking about sticking some black wheels on it. i really like the deep dish look. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Links or pics of your black wheels for ideas would be awesome thanks

Yeah your right Garry. The pic I found off the internet is a z06 surely a lot wider. How wide can I safely go without any rubing? I believe factory is 10 on rear and 8.5 front how much wider can I go? I'm also looking for pics of people who have already been here and done that to see what the color combo looks like or just black wheels in general? Thanks in advance

Just be sure before you purchase anything that you don't intend on doing a wide body or wide booty. I made that mistake.. bought rims, went wide booty, bought rims, bought wide fronts, bought new rims agin... lol.
That being said... look here

Also, I've had black chrome, black painted rims and black powder coat. Black chrome and powered were much easier to clean and maintain compared to the paint, which scratched kinda easily.

[QUOTE=Batman75;1594138043]05 with C7 Z51 replicas. 18 & 19.
OH my god those are beautiful! I've always been hesitant to get replica rims, heard some horror stories about going over bumps and them easily bending, Have yours bent at all, have you taken them on bumps hard yet? And how much did you pay? First site I found is 600 for a set which scares me...

Burning Brakes
[QUOTE=nick14003;1594138873]
I have had them for several years with no problems. A friend bought the same ones in chrome with no problems.
Bought them from West Coast Corvettes for around $879.00 for the set.
