Default Clutch issues

Hey all, so the clutch on my 05 works fine. It doesn't slip or anything. However, I've noticed that if I rev the car at a standstill with the clutch in, the pedal gets very soft and will sometimes stick to the floor.

The only thing that I can think of is that the pedal doesn't fully engage the clutch, and that revving it glazes the clutch and causes it to stick, causing the weird pedal feedback. If I'm wrong, someone please point me in the right direction, and if I'm right, is there any fix short of a new clutch?

Thanks guys.

Too bad you have an 05 or GM would have replaced your clutch master cylinder for free, but that is limited to 10 years or newer, and 120k miles.

Yeah... Don't know why I didn't think of the master cylinder. Maybe I'll get lucky and talk them into a discount.
