Your car is easily one of the nicest modified C6's around. The paint color, and the wheels set it off. First pic I've seen of it "out in the wild" good to see you drive it and not just show it, people love to see things like this on the street

Your missing the big picture. Take a step back and enjoy your car and don't worry about what others have.

What unstressed said.

Who said the LS2 is inferior? and inferior to what? I've been on CF for several years now, and I don't recall anyone saying the LS2 is an inferior engine. Yes, its compared to the LS3 etc, but that doesn't mean its inferior, at least in my opinion. As others have said, its all in your head and you have determined its inferior, no one else.

There's no bad Corvette, except the one you didn't buy.
I owned a yellow 95 bone stock and loved it. Traded it for a C5 and
in October traded the c5 for a 2013 c6. I admit there is no comparison
C4 to C6 but still enjoyed my 95

There were other improvements made in the 08 _13 cars. I see no wrong with people recommending them. Might as well get the newest one you can.

That said, I love my 07 with it's LS2. There is verry little power difference between stock LS2 and stock LS3. And what little difference there is will probably never be seen on the streets.

No need to worry about it, it is just a newer design. I feel the other changes are more important.

Be happy with what you have. Who cares what others have. You're driving a Vette.

^Ya everywhere. Right, like Nissan Altima or Ford Mustang everywhere??? The day Chevy makes a 4/6 cylinder economy model, then they will be "everywhere."

No love for LS2 is more than likely as most prefer the latest and greatest.

Just look to the Flip Phone vs. the Apple iPhone...no love for flips either.

As many say the latest and greatest Vette is the newest one and in the C6 series many newer desirable upgrades were made along the way.

LS2 is still a fine dependable engine and LS2 Vettes are fine automobiles.

So there are my comments for this debate.

I come from the camp of being a satisfied owner of the fastest and newest LS "something or other" I can afford.

I drove an LS2 and LS3 back to back. I could not tell the difference by the seat of my pants in power. If they both ran stock side to side in a race the LS3 will slowly walk away from it. If I want my LS2 to have LS3 power it's not too hard to gain 30 HP with a different intake and exhaust followed by a tune. Got a great deal on my LS2 so that was a deciding factor for me. I'm happy with my car.
