I am running eagle eye and love them. I had mine tinted a shade black because I didnt like the RED look to them. With a light tint they look fantastic and perfectly bright.

Freshly installed. The driver's side has the acrylic tinted covers on, the passenger side is not tinted / covered. That is sitting idle, so you can imagine how much brighter they get with the brakes applied.

Also, I happen to have a full set of New-In-Box Lamin-X peel-off tail light tinting cut to fit for sale if you're interested. Shoot me a PM.

not at all... many cars have LED tail lights OEM, non corvette owners won't even notice a difference or that they are aftermarket

They are very bright, far brighter than the led taillights from any oem manufacturer I've seen.

Is that a bad thing, I dunno. I could see them being so bright they could cause issues to someone behind you at night, but they'd have to be very close already and the chances are low. I think with a layer of tint on them they're about perfect.

The other feature I like is that they light up faster than the originals. When installing, after you have one side in, have someone press the brake pedal while you stand behind the car so you can see the difference between stock and the LEDs. You'll see what I mean. The fact that they react (or light up faster) than stock when the brake is applied, while even if just a fraction of a second, is a bonus in my book.

Good luck!

I remember reading an article 15 or so years ago when LED lights were just starting to come on the market and they showed how the faster light up time of the led's alerted people sooner and gave an extra 12ft of stopping distance from the person behind you. Pretty cool article. And agreed that tail lights can never be to bright.
