I have used 3 already circled in red in the pic with a fuse tap. Is there a 4th available?.....I cant seem to find another

Yes that's what I am using already. I used 3 fuse taps (add a circuit) in the locations I circled in the pic. I am looking for a 4th location. Any ideas??

Why not reuse one of those?

I don't have the manual, but, maybe the tonneau release could be ignition on?

I checked that already and it's 12v always on. Thanks for the suggestion though.

What about the heated seats or reverse lamps? You might need a volt meter to probe and see what's hot with the ignition off, then do a check with the ignition on.

Yeah just did that and both are showing constant 12v all the time

There must be at least one more extra fuse in here with just 12v switched..unless the 3 I used already is the limit for this fuse panel?

Do yourself a favor and run a new power wire from the battery, and use one of the 3 wires you already tapped as a trigger to activate a relay for this. Then you'll have a nice switched power wire to do what you want with.

I just installed my NPP this way on the 2A Cruise fuse. It is switched on when the ignition is on but is not hot when just the accy is on and works fine so far. Does anyone have a reason not to use this fuse?

I have a back up camera attached to my factory radio / nav display and a mild to wild exhaust vacuum switch.

For the two cameras on mine (front and rear), I just tapped into the power lead of the stereo at the stereo (I installed a Pioneer aftermarket system in mine). You probably could have done the same on yours.

I realize this is an ancient thread, my apologies for ressurecting. I'm looking for a switched power for some aftermarket heated seats I'm installing. To my surprise, the EXH MDL and HTD SEAT / WPR RLY fuses are hot even when the car is off. Am I missing something?

There are times when one might want to use/adjust the seat, or use the wipers, with the ignition off. Regardless, there is no power use until you demand it through the switches. You can use the Heated Seat output for your aftermarket heated seats, right? No power will be consumed until you operate the switches on your seat. I am weak on electronics, but that makes sense to me.
