Drove a C6 Convertible Today.
It is everything you could wish for in a Sports Convertible. Very tight ride, awsome performance. Man what a ride.

"awsome" doesn't really tell us much.
For instance, how fast did you go with the top down and what was the cabin buffeting like? Road noise and exhaust sound impressions at different speeds would be interesting. Driver room and comfort compared to c5 is something else I am interested in. I am not surprised that you loved the car, that silver vert is my choice.

Re: Drove a C6 Convertible Today. (mikeivan)
Not much for long detailed stories but the ride did seem much tighter. The handling much crisper. The noise level with the top down was not even something I noticed so it must be good. Acceleration was superb in all gears and this was an Auto, you kick it at 20 to 30 and hold on baby. The room seemed a tad tighter than the C5 but very comfortable. The seats seem to have much better support. The heads up was much better than the C5 and much easier to see. The push botton start is very kool as are the door handles. Over all a big jump from the C5 in all areas.

Very Rick! I noticed the same improvements in my drive at CI V. I love this car (and I was not a fan in the early days).

Damn! I was in Detroit this past weekend, and left Monday night. I knew I should have stopped by and seen if I could have arranged a test drive...
Thanks for your regular updates, Rick -- keep them coming!
-Erik (eagerly awaiting pricing and delivery date info!)

We are working on getting a C6 Coupe and Convertible for display at the dealership. I will let everyone know when the details are worked out.
