Splitter Replacement Choices for 2011 GS
I am a new Corvette owner (3 weeks total) so please forgive my lack of understanding...but I want to replace the scraped up splitter on my 2011 Grand Sport. There are so many replacement types out there (with a wide variety of prices) its a little confusing for a newbie like me! Can I put a Z06 splitter on a Grand Sport? Will it fit OK? Are there advantages or disadvantages? I do not race at all but like the look of the Z06 splitter. The current OEM splitter rubs the curb of my driveway...is the Z06 any higher? Thanks in advance to all responders.

The extended ZR-1 or Z06 Carbon Edition carbon fiber splitters will also bolt right to the GS since all three cars use the same front bumper cover.
Enter your driveway at an angle. Worst case, adjust the trim height bolts to raise the front ride height a 1/4".

I got a carbon fiber splitter from forum vendor CFKits. I've been pretty happy with it, installation was easy. Looks better than the factory one.

I have 39,000 miles on my 13 GS and I replaced my front splitter at 25,000 miles with a new GM replacement. After swapping it out, I sanded down the shredded bottom edge, cleaned it and hung it up in the garage so I can swap it out again when the replacement gets chewed up.

2021 C6 of the Year Finalist - Modified
This ZR1 style splitter requires you to drill the mount holes in it, but other than that, it fits perfectly.
Absolutly no imperfections in it. The color and texture of the ABS material this splitter is made from matches the GS / Z06 wheel opening and rear lower valance perfectly.

Speed bumps in our area are killers. I did use the OEM bolts and raised the front end. Also had the alignment done.
