John Rich of Big & Rich and his new C6
Last night (Oct 23) several of us had the opportunity to meet John Rich of Big & Rich before their concert in Billings, MT. John was wearing a leather coat with the C6 emblem. When asked about the coat he told us that he had just purchased a 2005 Corvette Coupe, Black with Red interior.

Eeek, I just did a Google, they are a country band. I thought country music singers weren't allowed to by Vettes. It brings down the value of all Vettes. I'm sure my radio won't even let me tune in a country station (haven't tried), but I am fairly positive GM would have the good taste to make sure they didn't.

Y'all did know they build 'em in the boonies of ol' Kentucky, right? Home of Bill Monroe?
That's why the radios don't work so well, they's electrical and ever'body knows real music ain't electrified. You can hear good fiddlin' and banjos clear across the hollow. Don't need no new fangled amplificators.
But I refuse to consider Big and Rich to be country. Or musicians for that matter.
