Read the book...it's an owner's manual, it's full of all sorts of things that you can learn!

Once you learn, post the instructions in a new thread with a nifty title like "Programming the DIC, maybe it will help you"
You'll be a productive member of the forum without asking for a hand-out. Then I'll link your very instructive, helpful thread in the FAQ.

Start the car, press options button on the DIC, page thru until you get to the PERSONALIZE NAME option, press reset to answer yes, the use the reset and options buttons to step thru the alphabet to enter anything you want.

Since I'm the only one who drives the C6, it seems "Bill" and "Guest" were kinda' drab... :-)

Oh... the Wildthing bit.... name for my boat... H101 is it's racing number... another addiction.

Ive already done 3 DIY's for this board Im quite instructive.. just didnt feel like running down to the garage to get the manual The V1 install with pics should be linked in the faq because the current link is broken.
