Gene, Could you please tell me if that underside of the cover is of a very soft material to avoid scratching. Thanks

Yes, that is a good question. The car cover is lined with a very soft material and it will not scratch or ruin the paint on your vehicle.

Gene, same question on the outside cover, is it lined with soft material inside? Also does it come with ZR1 emblem?

GM does not make an outdoor car cover with the ZR1 emblem. But, the GM outdoor car covers do have the soft lining as well. Please understand that GM is not going to sell you something that will scratch the paint on your vehicle.
