Default DSV Complete Interior Makeover W/ Leather And Alcantara Installed (Pictures Inside)

Hello,

As many forum members already know, we were redoing Andrews car. He decided he wanted to do it in Alcantara and Ebony leather with yellow stitching. Most of the plastic inside of the car was either recovered in leather or alcantara. Seats were also done with alcantara inserts and yellow stitching. We just have a few minor details to work on the car, because it needs to be ready by tonight since he is going to pick it up. We wanted to share some pictures with fellow forum members of the way it came out.

Allzwell ::: Alcantra washes off

A buddy and myself drove back from Brownsville to Houston last night I have to say I've never been able to sleep in the vette, untill last night. The seats are sooo.... compfortable and I can't stop rubbing the dash and all the Alcantra. While we were driving I started a list of what I like most ....

Disclaimer - This isn't place in any order and I don't think I can pick just one thing I love most about this interior

1. Dash - I can't believe this is the same dash that was in before. Alcantra feels so good and the stitching is awesome

2. Cluster bezels - I love the way the stitch came out and Alcantra of course. I was surprised to know no one had ever ordered anything like that before.

3. Door panels - The stitch on the door panels are amazing. If you look at the stitch by the handles you can see the way it flows.

4. Steering wheel - This is the DSV Premium D shaped wheel and they re stitched in Velocity Yellow stitching. I had the black before and the yellow makes it pop more, I dig it.

5. Seats - Ohhhh My Godd..... They are more compfy than my couch now.

6. Tunnel Drapes - I've never been against the diamond shaped tunnel drapes but I do have to say these look a heck of alot better in my opinion and reduced heat better than the insullation I did in the car plus it looks better

7. A- Pillars - The 2 tone of Leather and Alcantra are breathetaking. The stitching just flows together very well.

8. Radio Bezel - It's hard to see in pictures but the top part is done in alcantra and yellow stitching while the bottom part is done in leather with yellow stitching. This looks wayyyy... better than the standard plastic with a white stitching

9. Speaker covers and back pieces in the rear - This is something that wasn't pictured but brings new looks to the rear compartment. It has the yellow stitching with the leather around and is something I think almost needs to be seen in person to appreciate it.

10. Visor and top area - the top has to be off to see this but holy moley does that area just stand out. The stitching and leather are just bad azz.

Absolutely love it, gorgeous. The only thing I am not fond of is the type of steering wheel, those bottoms are too abrupt, like they were cut off with a hack saw for lack of a better description, but that is just nitpicking, I think it looks amazing!! Something to really be proud of for sure!

I love the feel of the steering wheel. I saw the new one yesterday at the show and is a bit more rounded. It feels great in the hands and has a much better look than factory.

That's some awesome craftsmanship. I'll have to get back in touch with Gerry on some products and some upgrades to my Camaro.

That is some beautiful work! All you need is a TV in there and you wouldn't have to go in the house!

I saw the car yesterday and can say that the work is OUTSTANDING!

The leather looks top notch and the stitching and fitment is awesome.

Can anyone comment on the difference between DS and Caravagio? Customer Service? Pricing, Quality etc?

Looks awesome. Bet it would look even better with an Inferno Orange ZR1

What did this cost, because I might be ready to pull the trigger?! Where was the install done?
