Default Crank Pulley

So I am up in the air about the Innovators West and the LPE overdrive crank pulley. The IW is 10% and LPE is 14% overdrive respectively. What I would like to know is the difference in the amount of boost that would increase between the two pulleys. Any help with this would be appreciated.

If you're going to do that much. By all means just do the 14% you will REGRET it if you dont!!!! its maybe 1lbs of boost is my assumpition % wise.

The IW pulley will increase your boost ~2psi and the LPE pulley will increase your boost ~3psi.

I'd definitely go with the LPE 14% pulley given those 2 choices. Do you already have an upper pulley installed and if so which size?

The LPE product is a premier unit over the IW one. LPE's is made by ATI products which is the best in aftermarket balancers. Also they anodize the shell for longer life and minimal aluminum transfer to the belt. I've used and installed both types on corvettes and the LPE/ATI unit is the easiest to install and remove.

Thank you for the response. I plan on using the 2.35 pulley along with 1 7/8 headers and ported heads probably by LG so I imagine i am going to lose a bit of boost. I also plan on using E85 as it is readily available in my area and have a tune for 93 if I make a road trip I will use a EFI live programmer to hold both tunes and keep it in the car and load as needed. What I am looking for is 750 RWHP. I see that LG is attaining this on their car.

You'll need a few other upgrades to get there...cam, snout and intake for sure. E85 should help a ton as well.

That's the plan to use LGs cam and heads. As well as LPE snout and intake.

Just be sure to get a cam with the LXL lobe.

Cheers, Paul.
