Default LS9 Split Window - I'm in Love!!!

http://www.corvetteonline.com/featur...re-perfection/

I just got this months copy of Vette Magazine and this was on the cover. What a truly amazing and beautiful car. We've all seen thousands of Vettes but out of them all I would pick this for me out of anything I've ever seen.

PS. after googling LS9 Split window I see this hit the net a yr ago. So I apologise if a repost, but damn, this thing is worthy a repost LOL

Nice car, and very nice workmanship !

However, in the opinion of 99% of all persons who have admired AND owned an original midyear corvette........... they do not look good with hip hop wheels and rubberband tires.

............ and that is saying it kindly !

Great job getting all that put together but definitely not for me. I'd rather see the 63 restored to original specs.

The paint looks almost Admiral Blue...nice choice!

The rolling stock is straight ZR1. Once he committed to the stock ZR1 carbon brakes, he was forced into using wagon wheels...and stuck with stock ZR1 units. I'm not a big fan of huge wheels either, even on the newer cars.

The fish-tank hood is just ugly. Either of the stock C2 big-block hoods would have been a huge improvement.

The interior color would have been OK with a white car, but it comes off kind of garish with that blue.

Obviously, JMO...

So it's really not for sale. At least not for that kind of money. Nice but $385k?

How will the T56 transmission hold up in this car?

You never know what kind of money someone will throw around at Barrett-Jackson. Should be interesting.
