Default 2011 ZR1 with LPE 710 package, ARH 1 7/8 w/out cats and NEP tuning results and pics

This beautiful 2011 ZR1 was brought in just a few days ago for us to install a Lingenfelter 710hp package, American Racing 1 7/8 header system w/out cats, Katech front splitter. Finished dyno results were 634 rwhp and 630 rwtq, 93 pump gas. Needless to say we were quite pleased with the results for such minimal mods!

A few pics below.

Owner should be very happy with that one Bet it sounds intoxicating too. How much boost and how much timing were you able to run? Any IAT info you can share?

We didnt do a baseline before, but typically we see about 530-535 rwhp in stock ZR1's on our dyno. The boost averaged 12.5 psi, IAT2 was 95 before the dyno pull in 4th gear, and 100 after the dyno pull, ECT was 180. The timing varies depending on RPM and IAT2.

Shop is impeccably clean...very impressive set up...next up slicks, racing seats, 6 points and a wing (don't tell the wife)

I heard he's also putting an auto tranny in a ZR1 next

I would much rather just simply answer questions instead of emailing out our datalogs without intention. So feel free to pm me if you like, and I would be happy to answer questions on the data you are looking for

That is my personal favorite color combo for the C6, looking classy.

Mike, as always, Nice work!! Your shop is one of the cleanest/most organized in the LSx world.

Timmy you won't notice the heat exchanger on dyno numbers cause they let car cool done and do 1 pull ... its on the road where the air is moving thru it where it works...

I have alot of data with stock vs kateck and no we have a large resovoir and new heat exchanger we are test now.

Someone highly recommended me to upgrade my HE as soon as upgrade pulley. I do see the point that the blower will spin faster which will create lot of heat. I thought i could get away with just a upper pulley 2.60.
