Corvette ZR1 750HP screaming on track
Hello everyone!
This sunday i went on track with a friend of mine Corvette ZR1 tuned to 750hp with the Lingenfelter Kit. He drove in Monza, Italy, where the Formula1 italian GP takes place.
So much fun to drive and really amazed by it's incredible sound! The only problem was with the front right brake pad which was dead and he had to brake 100m earlier and in the middle of the track...but it was truly amazing!
Very tough to drive BTW...

That is an exciting video. Loved watching as you blew past others on the track. You got a strong engine for sure. Too bad your brakes were malfunctioning at the time. Thanks for sharing.

Wow.. thanks for sharing a thrilling ride...and with run flats and less than perfect brakes in the midst of all that traffic - kind of scary.

The highest speed isn't between lesmo and ascari, but after the parabolica, before the first corner. The onboard speedometer was showing 290km/h. It could have been more than 300km/h with better tires and brakes.
BTW the maximum speed we've reached (in another location) with that car was 320km/h but we had to stop....there was more

By the way that car is so hard to drive...the same day i drove an audi R8 too and it was like a videogame compared to the ZR1!! To go fast with a ZR1 you must be a good racer, or you'll be slower than the Subaru...That's really really tough
