Default Blower question

Whats the difference between increasing boost with a pulley swap or doing it by changing the dampner? Pro's and con's of each? Tried search with no luck.

Supercharger pulley swap is way easier. Doing the damper requires the steering rack to be removed.

Hey, food for thought but during the assembly process the engine is final balanced via the flywheel and/or the damper:
"During the engine's operation, sensors detect vibrations and calculate where to add weights on either the flywheel or the crankshaft damper to bring the engine into balance. "
