What up zr1 brothers!!!! Okay LONG story short here... I am a car nut as some of you know and I've been able to own some pretty awesome cars in my life so far. However out of all the cars I've owned (Viper ACR, Gallardo, lots of vettes, Mustangs, GTR, ect.) the one I MISS the most and hated that I sold was my c6 zr1... Overall for what I like, in my opinion you can not beat the c6 zr1. So it has been over a year and a half since I sold my white zr1. Since then I have owned a 14 c7, 09 ACR Viper, 2014 GTR. I still own the GTR and currently have it on eBay. I did full bolt ons and e85 + a few extras. The car is great but just not me at all and about a month ago I knew I had to get out of it and back in a zr1. So the hunt began for a Jet Stream Blue zr1. I used to own a H/C JSB zo6 and have always wanted a JSB zr1. I ended up finding one in Merrillville, Indiana which is right outside of Chicago. So I made a deal on the car and me and my buddy flew up to Chicago from Tampa, FL and bought the car. The drive back was awesome! That was 3 weeks ago. Since then I have done all of my appearnce mods. I really wanted to find a new set of OEM silver/polished cup wheels and was able to do so after some hunting! I also put new INVO's on all 4, slammed it, tinted lights, LEDs up front, tint, and replaced every plasitc exterior trim piece and the driver seat (I am a little OCD when it comes to my cars) and changed all the fluids. welcome back! i know exactly how you felt, i traded in a zr1 for a new viper last year and it took about 4 months then i had to get another ZR1 and did almost all the same mods to it. these cars are great!

Looks about perfect to me! My two options for me were a DBA GT-R or a ZR1, I liked the GT-R but the Z was so much more fun to drive! Congrats and welcome back...........

I can not explain this but I am not a huge fan of that color in a C6 but in a ZR1 it is PERFECT

How do you like the gtr compared to the zr1. I ask this cause I have a wanting to trade even his 12 gtr for my 800hp 60th anniversary gs. Just curious

GTR is a great car, all the tech, the awd, TT, ect. A lot of fun at the 1/4 and on the street. What I missed is a raw powerful RWD American beast that takes skill to drive and get down the 1/4... They are just so different it is wild. Deal pending right now on my 14 GTR :fignerscrossed:

I loved my ACR. Crazy raw car! Lots of fun, TQ monster, but I didnt like how limited I was on mods/tuning. Of course a few months later after I sold mine they finally released HPtuners for those cars, I am sure I will own another one at some point.
