Nice ZR1 on eBay. What's that red loop between the exhaust?

It is a tow hook for racing, similar to this one:


Look good, easy to install, strong to tow with in case you ever need a tow.

It is a tow hook generally used for removal off of track or road course so as not to create damage to vehicle.
