Few ??? On performance mods....
Prob going to pull the trigger on a zr1 this month and looking for a 150mph trapping highway monster! Is it safe to say that with full bolt ons and e85, the zr1 picks up about 15-20mph in the 1/4?
1) 2" headers- kooks or arh, does it matter?
2) do I need a bigger radiator? (zero track time)
3) is the stock clutch good for 750-800rwhp?
4) what should I expect to pay for blower porting, and who to use?
5) how strong is the bottem end? At what hp level does it become weak?
6) should I just port heads or use a certain vendor on exchange?
7) synergy 4.5 intake best choice or go with lpe?

5) We haven't seen one fail
6) Port and mill and guide job. Would toss in bigger exhaust valves while you are at it.
7) Synergy is the biggest

Mine failed at 750/750 with a solid 40-50 1/4 runs, 1 half mile event and about 10 road course days which totaled out with street driving to somewhere around 7000 miles on the car

4) what should I expect to pay for blower porting, and who to use? We charge $1200.00 for the blower and snout, we did Ace32x's and have countless lsa and ls9 blowers under our belt, plus Ace is the 1/2 mile record car.
