Engine Power Reduced After Mods 800+ hp
I got all my mods done, got it tuned and it drives great. Finally decided to play a little and every time the throttle pedal hits the floor it goes into engine power reduced.
Pulled these codes
P1516 Throttle actuator control
P2101 Control module throttle actuator
Any ideas?

We made some changes to the tune and it's better, but it still occasionally goes into REP in 2nd gear at different rpms when the throttle is slammed open.
Has anybody had issues with a bad NW102 throttle body?

Some people have but I'm betting it is a tune issue. I had the same problem and everyone kept saying it was my nw102 throttle body. My tuner worked with the car (not sure what he did) and the car has been great since. ( over a year ago)

It the TB. This has been my achilles heel with the car. Go back to stock TB and problem is gone
I have tried NW, Tpis and just took off a one off prototype from NW and nothing. Only with the stock TB will it stop happing

With HP tuners I changed my IDLE ETC Area Scalar setting from
5,060.0000 to 6,700.0000 and that resolved this issue with my NW102throttle body.

Well half the people say its the tune and the other half say its the TB. I've got another NW102 to try and harness extension so I can try flipping it 180 degrees.
If that doesn't work, I guess I'll travel the country looking for a tuner.
Does the 108 TB have the same issues?

It seems I have finally resolved the issue. I am no tuner, I just build the cars and this is what I have figured out with suggestions from others.
Apparently with the NW102 in its normal position under higher boost, the blade can move slightly or even slam shut. This throws it into REP under P2101. Since my car is a 2009 there is no tuning this out, but on later years there are min. and max tables for P2101 so it can be tuned to accept some movement.
I talked with Nick Williams and he said to flip the TB 180 degrees. I had Casper electronics make me a 12" extension and the car has been flawless since flipping the TB.
840hp has never been more fun!
Thanks to those that helped.
