Crystal Red looks absolutely stunning on not only the C7s, but also on the ZR1! Congrats!

I agree that the C7Z sits too high from the factory, but the gap between tires and wheel well is pretty much the same on both cars.

I used the same thickness on the drawing tool from my phone for both of those pictures for reference.

Thanks Dave, What color is your car? Do you go to the coffee and cars events here? I live in Thomson, but work on Ft. Gordon. I shot you a PM as well. Hope to see you around.....Terry

I've gotten used to just the term "Z" so much on this forum that I told a friend how excited I was to buy a Z, and he said yeah those old Datsuns are cool......

LOL ! I remember those...I guess your buddy is dating himself (along with me !)

for sure, I thought the 240Z-260Z-280Z series were very good cars for the time: reasonably powerful, handled well, light, relatively simple.

iconic today IMO...

Thanks Sean. BTW, I talked to Mike and he referred me to the guy who did the mods on your car and I am thinking about hitting him up. I am still upset you beat to that one

Agree on the c7 zo6. I saw one on the road head on towards me. It really looked odd. The body does not look planted down like the c6z's or even the c4zr-1.

Hello Crystal Red ZR1

I just bought my 2012 Crystal Red ZR1 two months ago. What year is your new Zr1?

I'll answer for the OP...

It has '09-'10 seats and GM came out with CRM in '10, so it's a 2010.

Beautiful ZR1!!!
