I see a lot of people bad mouthing positive displacement blowers.

But I see people with a ZR1 (blower only...no nitrous) trapping close to 150 MPH in the 1/4 mile and gkzr1 hitting 180MPH in the half mile. That's pretty darn impressive with the ZR1 blower given that these cars are still pretty reliable and tame street machines.

Just a little update.


Vengeance cleaned up everything and did a full inspection while getting the car ready for the new motor they noticed that a brake line was very close to rupturing along with my main fuel line so they had to order those. Looks like I lucked out quite a bit compared to what could have happened if the fire had eaten through either of those.

went 152 on a stock bottom end, with heads cam and blower work in 1/4. i think some one could do 155 with the right mods blower only

That's some serious compression for that much boost! I'm sure you'll see at least 23psi with that 10/2.17 setup. Should be fun
