Congrats man, beautiful car! Been thinking about one of those for some time...but I can't let go of my C6Z. Love that N/A 427. Still have your C5Z? I think we owned our C5Z's around the same time.

No, "Plain Jane" is gone but not forgotten (see my avatar). After 4 years of mod plotting and planning only to stay stock I figured the best way to gain power was an 07 Z06. The valve drop threads and several people I know losing LS7s put me off "Jenny" so I traded her for a placeholder 2012 3LT GS A6, "Jess". The automatic was an experiment to see if my gear shiftin' days where behind me and what transmission I would want in a C7.
The 2014 deal fell through and I hung on to the GS but the A6 (no offence) was boring. There are ZR1s for sale all over and with the prices as they are I grabbed this one up! Now looking forward to many miles of smiles in Betty"...

I agree with you about rowing gears, out of 5 vettes my first being a auto, never would do that again. To me that's the whole point of a sports car. I'm getting the ZR1 itch again, but we will see.
This time it will b jetstream blue.....lol

Found my dream car and with the help of fellow member (kevakasper) took a drive to Iowa to trade my 2012 GS for it.
Congrats on your ZR1. It looks great. Be sure to bring it to the FunFest in Effingham this year. I met Kevakasper and his lovely wife there last year and parked next to them. Nice folks.
