Default Proper wheel now

One of the first things I did when I bought my 09, was ditch the Cobalt wheel and buy a 2012. That was an ordeal in itself but eventually I got the proper wheel after three tries. But the stock C6 air bag staring at me just bothered me. I knew that the 2012 had a ZR1 logo and I have been searching for months trying to find a 2012 center cap. No go. I finally had a brain storm last week. I still had my old wheel in perfect shape, not worth much alone BUT with an air bag they are like GOLD. C6 2005 guys eat these up. I located a 2012 airbag, brand new priced at $460.00, I offered my wheel and airbag at $500. Wednesday I sold the combo and ordered the new bag. It arrived yesterday. What a difference, changes the whole wheel!
