How do you like these tires? Considering these or picking up a set of 19" rears to run NT05Rs in 345/19, I wonder how they'd compare.

I ran Nittos before anything over 600 rwhp they tend to break loose the Mickeys as long as you heat them up will stick. I'm 750 HP and got a 1.5 60' with the mickeys and about crapped but was so excited I missed 3rd I know I was on a 9.90 or so pass to. LoL

also it's not really worth going down just one rim size go 18 or just stay with the 20s unless you get a smoking deal on the 19s

Yeah that is what I keep thinking...

That said I know that tons of ZR1/C6 Z06/C7 Z06 guys love the 19" 345 Nitto combo. My buddies had that setup on their ZR1s, both are north of 650 whp and they never complained about spin.

The Cadillac guys around here love nittos there all auto guys tho. I couldn't get them to hook any better then a 1.75 60' but these cars are tricky to launch. I run 1/2 mile as well. Guess it's trial and error and just picking what works for you. I'm going to run 345 35 18s ET Streets on the Forgestars I just bought

Will you have any problem clearing the massive carbon ceramic brakes with those wheels?

No ForgeStar, CCW and Forgeline all make a 18" wheel that will clear front and rear
